The Fast Track Rehab program is designed for patients who need additional rehabilitation service following a hospitalization due to surgery, illness or injury. The length of stay will vary based on the patient's diagnosis and rehabilitation needs.
Fast Track Rehab is a highly-focused approach to reducing pain, building strength and flexibility, and helping you get on with your life as soon as possible.
- Spacious and comfortable, private, rooms with flat screen televisions, recliners, private mini-refrigerators and wireless internet access
- 72-hour care conferences to assist patients with goals and expectations
- Therapy offered 7 days a week
- Home evaluation by the therapists prior to discharge to assist with the transition home
- Courtesy follow-up phone calls by staff to answer questions and encourage safety and success
